We responded to the three most prominent issues which were:

We have identified times where we have not communicated well as a team and where we could have communicated better before making important decisions based on HabboHub and the community. Most of the time we communicate and discuss ideas before implementing them behind the scenes. We have decided that from now, on unless something requires immediate attention or we're confident other administrators will agree with our decision without confirmation, we'll always discuss it beforehand.

When administrators break the rules
Administrators have broken rules occassionally, but our rank should not mean we are above the rules and we should follow them as we expect you to. If you see an administrator breaking the rules then we urge you to use the complaints forum or report them (tagging the other administrators in the report) so we can be aware when we are stepping out of line. This way appropriate action can be taken.

Several administrators have given out infractions to users, sometimes relating to incidents which involve themselves. We have discussed this and believe we should not be involved in moderation. Instead, we will report rule breaking and leave the role of moderation to the moderators. We will only step in and issue and warnings/infractions in urgent cases where no one else is online.

Anyone who posted in the feedback thread up until now, will receive three days exclusive of their choice as our way of saying thank you to the community. Feel free to private message me by clicking here (http://www.habbohubforum.net/private.php?do=newpm&u=13) telling me your choice.

Once again thanks for your feedback, we hope you're happy with the changes we are proposing. We also have a future Q&A session planned for the radio sometime in the next few weeks where you will be able to ask us questions on the forum and have the administrators answer them on the radio.
