I was planning on buying a house with my girlfriend in the next year or so but because of the credit crunch, it seems I got the timing wrong. according to breadmarket, it will be hard for first time buyers or people with less than perfect credit history to get a mortgage or a loan and if you do, the interest rates will be through the roof. well, we'll have to wait a little longer, but i guess that gives us a chance to raise more money for a deposit!
