The tutorial for beginners of Photoshop
First of all open up Photoshop & make a new page with the dimensions 500 x 150 ; Preset Custom ; Color Mode RGB Color ; 8 bit ;
Second of all click Layer ; New ; Layer, then in the bottom right corner a new layer should come up.
Thirdly click Filter ; Render ; Cloud, then do Filter ; Brush Strokes ; Sprayed Strokes.

Fourthly click Filter ; Brush Strokes ; Angled Strokes. Then press Ctrl + U to open up the colour section then a box should show up.

Fifthly in the bottom right corner of a box, Click ''Colorize''
Then have Hue as 180 ; Saturation 49 ; Lightness -10.

Sixthly press ok, then click the text box and in the bottom right corner type in your name or whatever you want to put there.
Seventhly go to Layer ; Layer style ; Stroke, then change the colour icon to whatever colour you would like. Make sure before you do any of this, you selected the text layer.

Last but not least, Save it as a PNG file, then re-open the PNG file, right click background then duplicate. Click the new background layer and press Layer ; Layer style ; Stroke, this time have size 1 & Position inside, now your finished.
