its been hurting me for days, i thought it'd go after a day or w/e D: ughhhh...

its like a sharp pain right at the bottom of my back, towards the right hand side :S and whenever i go to stand up or move it shoots pain ;[

if you sit in chairs slouched alot etc you get it
